Our offering e-Contracting is the process of setting-up, negotiating, signing and maintaining contracts in electronic form. This process includes everything that is required to achieve a legally supported relationship accompanied by an electronic contract. This contract represents a commitment of the involved parties to fulfill the defined obligations and it grants each party a corresponding right to receive a certain service, a good or a payment from the other. Our contract management solution is an electronic contract processing system that includes signing and validating contracts electronically. D Soft offers a in-house as well as a hosted e-Contracting solution. Both solutions are based on our BlueRidge platform.
Our hosted solution is a professional Internet-based electronic contracting solution for exchanging contracts. It is a web-hosted service that offers users the possibility to manage, fill and sign their electronic forms online. Documents no longer need to be printed, manually filled out and sent by regular mail. Documents from various formats are automatically converted into PDF and digitally signed incorporating a X509 certificate. The signatures are interoperable with the Adobe signature filter and can be verified using the freely available Adobe Reader. Our servers are located in a level 3 datacenter.
