DocZend is a web application specifically designed to send large files (up to 6 Gigabytes) in a secure and reliable manner over the Internet.

Large/heavy files often cannot be forwarded via traditional e-mail. As input, this service accepts all possible files and documents in various formats, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ASCII and PDF. As output, an e-mail message can be sent to the intended recipient(s) of the file.

In effect, no additional software needs to be installed and managed at the user’s site for this service.

Simple yet secure

As input, this service accepts all possible files and documents in various formats, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ASCII and PDF. As output, an email message can be sent to the intended recipient(s) of your file. DocZend users also have the option of sending an upload link to someone else. Through this link, it is therefore possible to upload a file to that user’s personal space. The service is easy to use and because it is a complete online service, installing additional software is not necessary. Individual authorization can be requested on the service or an administrator can manage a group of users himself with a so-called group account.
