Digitization at Asamco accelerated thanks to solutions from D Soft

With the deployment of D Soft's DocTrails, Asamco has taken an important step in the further digitization of its processes. By using one uniform format for incoming documents in the ERP system, manual processing is largely avoided and less time is lost.
A major advantage is that Asamco can create its own mappings and schedules, providing greater control, flexibility and internal expertise. Thanks to these solutions, invoices are processed automatically and detailed information, such as item-level data, can be read directly. This provides greater insight into purchasing behavior and pricing.
The use of the D Soft portal also offers added value to its members, who in turn save time and costs. Internally, there are clear efficiency gains in departments such as accounting and purchasing.
As the first user of DocTrails v4, Asamco also had a say in the development of the platform. The new version is perceived as more user-friendly, with more options for in-house management.
