Although no official Peppol requirement has yet been announced in the Netherlands, e-invoicing via the Peppol network is rapidly gaining importance here as well. D Soft helps you effortlessly adapt to this trend today and be ready for future developments.
D Soft was recently appointed as a Peppol Service Provider (Peppol Access Point and Service Metadata Provider, SMP) in the Netherlands. This means we offer the entire e-invoicing process in-house—from processing to connectivity.
With the D Soft platform, we can process all messages, such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, self-billing, and desadv. If you still have paper documents, we convert them into a Peppol message using DocFlows, leveraging artificial intelligence to seamlessly convert your paper documents into a structured electronic message. Of course, we fully integrate this with your ERP system.
Our platform also supports Peppol internationally. If you have foreign branches and want to communicate electronically there as well, we can support you with our Enterprise version.
PDF documents can be sent individually via email or included as attachments in an electronic Peppol message.
In addition, D Soft offers its own European cloud where your data sovereignty is guaranteed. Furthermore, your data is secure because we operate in a TIER 3 redundant and highly secure environment.
