Successful Go-Live of DocTrans at Zevij-Necomij
A great milestone at Zevij-Necomij: DocTrans has successfully gone live! 🎉
DocTrans is D Soft’s solution for digital waybills and is the result of a great collaboration between D Soft and Colleqtive.
From the very beginning, we worked closely with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and shippers. By listening to the needs and experiences of all parties involved, we developed an application that is well-suited to real-world use and has been positively received by users. Initial feedback from drivers and customers has been exceptionally positive, thanks in part to the app’s user-friendly interface.
DocTrans is connected to the back office in real time. If the connection is temporarily lost, the app ensures that the data is automatically updated as soon as the connection is restored. Features such as navigation, phone communication, online tracking, and the online return of documents are also integrated. In addition, items such as pallets, pallet collars, bins, and other packaging can be digitally registered and processed.
With DocTrans, paper waybills are replaced by a digital workflow, while packaging registrations can be processed immediately. This provides greater insight, reduces administrative tasks, and creates a more efficient logistics process.
The successful go-live at Zevij-Necomij is therefore a great result of technology, practical experience, and collaboration.
