Klipboard chooses to collaborate with D Soft for its Peppol integration: focus on flexibility, speed, and customer focus

July 24, 2025 – Klipboard, a fast-growing global provider of ERP and business management software for distribution, automotive, and rental companies, has entered into a partnership agreement with D Soft from Ghent. This partnership ensures that Klipboard customers will be ready in time for e-Invoicing, Peppol (mandatory in Belgium from January 1, 2026) and ViDA (effective from January 1, 2028).
D Soft was chosen because of its modern DocTrails solution, Peppol Access Point, and SMP, as well as its extensive and solid experience in digitization. D Soft is ISO 27001 certified and has its own data center with class 4 redundancy. The D Soft platform enables Klipboard to deliver a customer-oriented solution based on standard solutions that fully meets the customer's needs.
Klipboard supplies various ERP and rental systems, including Dimasys, Wholesale, ERP One, and Insphire, and was looking for a reliable partner that could integrate seamlessly with these systems. Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) enables the standardized exchange of electronic documents such as invoices between companies and governments. Thanks to the collaboration with D Soft, Klipboard can now offer its customers smooth and efficient access to this European network, without complex or time-consuming implementations.
