DocZend
Release version 1.4 – February 2022
The following improvements have been made:
- RestAPI: DocZend now also offers a RestAPI so that integrations can be developed from other applications.
- Sender info: Both the email and the download page now indicate who the sender of the document is.
- Automatic logout: There is an automatic logout after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- External authentication provider: DocZend now offers the possibility to use an external authentication provider such as Azure AD or OAuth.
- Security: General security improvements as a result of external security audit.

Release version 1.3.0 – August 2021
The following improvements have been made:
- Two-Factor Authentication: The group administrator can now choose to sign in with 2FA. This setting applies to all members of the group. When this option is enabled, the user receives a code by email when logging in. This code must be entered in order to use the application. The code remains valid for 5 minutes.
- Password policy: The group administrator can set the validity period of passwords. This setting applies to all members of the group and is set to 90 days by default. Passwordt must now meet more stringent conditions specifically at least one upper and lower cas letter, one special character and also one number. First-time users must first change the password the received by email in order to use DocZend.
- Files: The users overview now also shows the number of files and storage per user.
